I&C Technician - Pharmaceuticals - North Carolina - 12-Month Contract 

Our client, a global Pharmaceutical manufacturing organization are looking for a talented I&C Technician to join their expanding team. With continued organizational growth and considerable investment across their portfolio and capital programs this is an extremely exciting opportunity to contribute towards their brand-new manufacturing facility on the East Coast of the United States.


Responsibilities and Requirements: 

  • Loop Checks will be performed using traceable standards.
  • Loop Check procedure will be provided by the client and implemented by resource.
  • Our client will provide iPad for direct entry for loop check verifications smart sheets and radios that are FCC compliant.
  • Verify all Tag and data information
  • Technicians will work with PM to notify SWAT teams and data readiness teams of incorrect data to ensure corrections are implemented and applied to proper software platforms.
    • Assumptions: Instruments are scaled correctly in BMS or DCS respectively, instruments are powered and wired prior to releasing resources to perform Loop Checks.
    • During initial phase of scope the consultant recommends one resource perform reconnaissance work on upcoming systems to ensure loop checks are ready.
  • Consultant perform initial calibrations on 711 instruments.
    • Consultant will provide NIST traceable standards to perform calibration. Assuming EAM INFOR is loaded prior to initial calibrations all calibrations will be performed in the clients validated CMMS INFOR10.
    • Calibration reports will be turned over electronically
    • Instruments identified as For Reference Only (FRO) will have a one time calibration performed and a FRO sticker applied.
    • All Critical, non critical, and EH&S related calibrations will be calibrated and a calibration label with tag ID, technician whom performed calibration, date of calibration and next due date will be applied. (the clint will provide guidance on different calibration labels as they align with the clients SOP's.
