HVAC Supervisor - Germany, Frankfurt - 12 Months Initial Contract

Are you a HVAC Supervisor looking for your next contract role? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our valued client in Frankfurt on an initial 12 month contract.

Experienced at delivering highly efficient projects for state-of-the-art Data Centres, Pharma, Semi- Conductor infrastructures around the world, our client is a global leader in design, engineering and delivery of facilities for high tech industries. Responsibilities:
  • Supervise HVAC installation activities including ductwork, AHUs, chillers, cleanroom systems, and BMS integration
  • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards (e.g., cGMP, FDA, EU GMP)
  • Coordinate with design engineers, commissioning teams, and subcontractors to align on system requirements
  • Conduct inspections and ensure quality control of HVAC installations
  • Support HVAC commissioning and qualification (IQ/OQ) processes
  • Maintain red-line drawings and assist in the preparation of as-built documentation
  • Lead daily toolbox talks and enforce site safety protocols
  • Track progress, manage resources, and report on HVAC milestones
  • Liaise with validation and QA teams to ensure HVAC systems meet cleanroom classification and environmental control requirements
Requirements:
