HR Administrator - Pharmaceuticals - Toulouse 

Are you looking for your next contract, and fancy the opportunity to work in Toulouse? Our client, a global biotechnology organisation, are recruiting for a HR Administrator to join their team in the construction of their new biopharmaceutical production plant. This new build facility will be vital vehicle in helping our client continue global access to life changing therapeutics.


Role and responsibilities:
  • General Secretarial/Clerical responsibilities
  • HR systems related activities- experience with Workday preferential
  • Prioritisation of workload and ability to multitask and work efficiently with little supervision
  • Support the use of Team Sites
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality
 
Experience required:
  • Advanced computer skills (Excel, Power Point, MS Word, etc.) and operation of other peripheral devices
  • Advanced secretarial/clerical abilities with a history of high performance
