Our client is a well-known brand operating in 65+ countries and has worked on some of world’s largest mission critical and infrastructure projects. This client has aggressive growth plans and are one of the top 5 largest design and consulting firms in the world.
The data centre arm of their portfolio is a vital and growing area of the business; therefore, our client is always looking for the best talent in the market – and they are looking for a EHS Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direction and support for implementation of the EHS & Security Plan
- Verify that the project/site-specific EHS procedures protect personnel and the general public.
- Hold line management accountable for EHS Management System implementation and performance.
- Oversee EHS performance on the project/site.
- Review incident records and verify that all follow-up actions are completed in a timely manner.
- Ensure incidents where personal injuries occur are thoroughly and appropriately investigated and ensure closure of subsequent action items.
- Participate in audits and weekly planned inspections of the site and ensure closure of subsequent action items.
- Strong EHS leadership on major construction projects
- DC or mission-critical experience preferred (not essential)
- Client-side or consultancy background a plus
- Experience working across EU jurisdictions
- Proven ability to lead in multi-disciplinary environments
