EHS Advisor - Germany, Frankfurt - 18 Month Contract

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global pharmaceutical client based in the surroundings of Frankfurt. Due to a large capital investment and multiple projects on site, the client is looking for an EHS Advisor to join their team.

Responsibilities include:
  • Conduct walkdowns and site inspections to identify and mitigate safety risks.
  • Participate in whiteboard meetings and daily huddles to align on safety priorities.
  • Supervise and monitor high-risk activities to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Provide real-time reporting and feedback to the EHS Lead
  • Ensure all safety data is accurate and acceptable for internal and external review.
  • Collaborate with site personnel to promote a strong safety culture.
Key requirements include:
  • Requires extensive experience in EHS roles, ideally within EU-based industrial or construction projects.
  • German language skills are beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of EU HSE regulations and project requirements.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting capabilities.
  • Relevant EHS qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO standards) preferred.
