Responsibilities and Requirements: 
  • Collecting, completing, critically assessing, correcting if necessary and entering data into the appropriate systems with the aim of having a complete file with all necessary file elements.
  • Verifying, correcting and completing documents and data if necessary, with the aim of ensuring that all requirements, procedures and regulations are respected.
  • Creating, processing and validating data, detecting and solving problem situations after coordination with the parties involved, with the aim of ensuring good service through timely and correct treatment.
  • Proactively monitoring processes and files, communicating, coordinating, taking action and providing the necessary instructions with the aim of guaranteeing continuous and quality service to the internal and/or external customer.
  • Preparing, editing and analysing reports, customer-specific modalities; reports, declarations and documents, preparing and/or finalising files with the aim of recording and sharing the information for further use by others.
  • Exchanging relevant information and anticipating and/or answering various questions with the aim of correctly informing, guiding and encouraging customers and other stakeholders to take action to ensure that the subject can be closed.
  • Participate in the operational implementation and follow-up of one or more projects with the aim of supporting the project leader(s) in achieving the project objective(s) within the set deadlines.
