Document controller - France, Toulouse - 12 Month Contract

Our client, a global biotechnology organisation, is recruiting for a Document controller to join their capital project in Toulouse. This new build facility will house a therapeutic protein production plant, and we are looking for a Document controller to help expand our client's biotech operations throughout Europe. As the Document controller you will be responsible for implementing all safety requirements for a new build facility, estimated at approximately 14,900m2.

What you’ll do:
  • Propose and create the structure of the documentation, including level of access
  • Generate user guide
  • Train new users
  • Upload documents on client and subcontractors request
  • Transfer documents to other EDMS
  • Manage drawings modification request from subcontractors: store current drawings, launch modification request review by client
What you’ll need:
  • Document control / new build or expansion projects / biotech or pharma but biotech is preferred.
  • Doc control / new build or expansion / ability to work with all levels of colleagues
  • Must be able to work proactively, under pressure and closely with other teams
