This is your opportunity to work for a global data centre operator that has been recognised for as one of fastest growing and well-known groups in the industry.
Having received significant investment, this established data centre group is in their next phase of growth and require the expertise of a Document Controller . They have established partnerships with many of the well-known technology powerhouses and tailor to their development to their client's requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Organise, maintain, and control business documents including contracts, policies, procedures, meeting minutes, and project records.
- Ensure all documents are up-to-date, properly versioned, and compliant with internal standards and external regulations.
- Develop and manage a structured digital filing system using platforms such as SharePoint, OneDrive, or other document control tools.
- Manage user access and permissions to ensure secure and appropriate document sharing across teams and departments
- Work closely with project managers, commercial teams, HR, and compliance to gather, distribute, and archive documentation.
- Support internal and external audits by providing timely access to required documentation and maintaining audit trails.
- Identify opportunities to streamline document workflows and improve document accessibility and usability.
- Experience with document control systems (e.g., Aconex, Viewpoint, Procore).
- Knowledge of ISO standards related to document management.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information securely.
