Experienced at delivering highly efficient projects for state-of-the-art Data Centres, Pharma, Semi- Conductor infrastructures around the world, our client is a global leader in design, engineering and delivery of facilities for high tech industries. Director of Project and Construction Management Responsibilities: 

• Starting from oneProcess documentation and considering the recent development within the one ERP enhancing current PM/CM and commissioning policies and procedures
• Lead the effort to produce the PM/CM and Commercial Project Management training modules
• Deliver training to new PM/CM
• Support the Project Set-up team
• Support Regions and Business Unit
• Collaboration with Regions and Business Unit to support challenging projects
• Support oneERP development and supporting the implementation across 5 Regions and 3 Business Unit

About you: 

• MSc in Engineering, Economics or Project Management
• 15 years of related operational experience within Construction Industries
• 10 Years’ experience in top firm EPC/EPCm
• 10 Years’ Experience in Project Management
• Preferable PMP certification
• Knowledge of the basic PM tools and SAP
• Strong Leadership attitude
• Strong Coaching behaviours
• Ability to communicate complex issues effectively to diverse stakeholders in English and ideally in German.
