Design Manager – Austria – Data Centres - Contract

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our valued client in Austria.

Experienced at delivering highly efficient projects for state-of-the-art Data Centres, Pharma, Semi- Conductor infrastructures around the world, our client is a global leader in design, engineering and delivery of facilities for high tech industries. This is your chance to join an innovative, market leading data centre company as their newest Design Manager. What you'll do:
  • Enforce and pursue coordination between the Design Consultant, General Contractor and Vantage internal engineering teams across all disciplines to ensure efficient and effective close out all General Contractor raised technical submittals and RFI’s.
  • Contract Assistance and project close-out oversights (i.e. RIBA Work Stages 5 and 6)
  • Management of external Design Consultant
  • Report every week to the leadership on design progress, blockers, risks, and assignment of priorities
  • Oversee review process of engineering studies of all disciplines
  • Conduct weekly meetings with project teams to provide feedback and assist in addressing concerns and removing roadblocks
  • Work with other managers in cross-functional efforts
