Site Fit Out Project Manager – Milan – Data Centres – Contract

This is your opportunity to work for a global data centre operator that has been recognised for as one of fastest growing and well-known groups in the industry.

Having received significant investment, this established data centre group is in their next phase of growth and require the expertise of a Site Fit Out Project Manager. They have established partnerships with many of the well-known technology powerhouses and tailor to their development to their client's requirements.  

What you’ll do:
  • Lead and coordinate stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Provide regular updates to the tenant client and internal teams.
  • Review and manage the scope of work, ensuring the project remains on track and within agreed parameters.
  • Oversee the site fit-out package.
  • Collaborate with MEP teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems with the fit-out works.
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure adherence to health & safety regulations.
  • Support final site preparations and ensure readiness for client handover.
What you’ll need:
  • Proven experience in Project Management within construction, fit-out, or data center environments.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems and their integration with interior works.
  • Experience in site management, particularly in the final stages of delivery.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain clear communication across teams.
  • Fluent in English; Italian language skills are a plus.
