CSA Construction Manager - Austria, Vienna - 10 Month Initial Contract

Are you a CSA Construction Manager looking for your next contract role? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our valued client in Vienna on an initial 10 month contract.

Experienced at delivering highly efficient projects for state-of-the-art Data Centres, Pharma, Semi- Conductor infrastructures around the world, our client is a global leader in design, engineering and delivery of facilities for high tech industries. This is your chance to join an innovative, market leading data centre company as their newest CSA Construction Manager. Responsibilities:
  • Construction management of Data Centre projects with focus on CSA (Civil, Structure, Architecture).
  • Ensuring that construction projects are carried according to schedule and ahigh level of quality meetings and correspondence with subcontractors and technical contact former customers.
  • Responsibility for coordinating construction participants and subcontractors, as well as leading the construction site team.
  • Schedule planning and monitoring construction progress.
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with EHS regulations.
  • Conducting site inspections and acceptance inspections.
  • Recording defects and tracking defect resolution progress.
  • Measurement creation and billing for construction projects.
 Requirements:
  • Relevant qualification in construction (e.g., master's or technician qualification), or a completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, building services engineering, environmental engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience in construction management
  • Good knowledge of building codes, local regulations and standards
  • Intercultural competence, team spirit and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in German and English.
