Subcontract Administrators - Germany, Stuttgart - 12 Month Contract

Our client is a global leader in construction, offering exciting opportunities to work on complex projects worldwide. They are currently seeking a Subcontract Administrators for their Stuttgart based location.

What you'll do:
  • Prepare, issue, and administer subcontract agreements in accordance with company policies and project requirements.
  • Collaborate with procurement, legal, and project controls teams to ensure timely and accurate subcontract execution.
  • Ensure adherence to local laws, regulations, and project-specific requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of subcontractor communications, agreements, and performance metrics.
What you'll need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Law, or related field.
  • Requires extensive experience in subcontract administration within EPC or construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of FIDIC or similar contract frameworks.
  • Familiarity with German construction laws and regulations is highly desirable.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and contract management systems.
