CSA Construction Manager – Frankfurt – Data Centres - 12 month Contract

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our valued client in Frankfurt.

Experienced at delivering highly efficient projects for state-of-the-art Data Centres, Pharma, Semi- Conductor infrastructures around the world, our client is a global leader in design, engineering and delivery of facilities for high tech industries. This is your chance to join an innovative, market leading data centre company as their newest CSA Construction Manager. With growth plans to almost double their already huge turnover, there could not be a better time to join!

What you'll do:
  • Lead and manage all on-site construction operations.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor daily progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Track project budgets and control costs.
  • Review and approve construction plans, drawings, and schedules.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards.
  • Address and rectify any safety or quality concerns promptly.
  • Supervise site supervisors, foremen, and labor teams.
  • Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
