Cost Control Project Manager - Data Centres - Milan - 12-Month Contract 

This is your opportunity to work for a global data centre operator that has been recognised for as one of fastest growing and well-known groups in the industry.

Having received significant investment, this established data centre group is in their next phase of growth and require the expertise of an Cost Control Project Manager. They have established partnerships with many of the well-known technology powerhouses and tailor to their development to their client's requirements.  

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage project control team.
  • Review and approve every spend on the project.
  • Prepare monthly cost report and all associated documentation and review with stakeholders.
  • Prepare commercial status update for the project.
  • Attend steering committee meetings
  • Attend weekly project review meetings
  • Provide and project control assistance that may be required by stakeholders
Requirements: 
  • Specific cost control and project management experience, detail and highlight projects
  • Project Control, Cost Controller, Project Management
