Construction Manager - Frankfurt, Germany - 18 Month Contract 

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global pharmaceutical client based in the surroundings of Frankfurt. Due to a large capital investment and multiple projects on site, the client is looking for a Construction Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities include:
  • Develop and manage site access, traffic flow, and delivery coordination.
  • Oversee material handling, storage, and equipment logistics.
  • Support workforce logistics including site access, welfare facilities, and inductions.
  • Implement waste management and recycling strategies aligned with sustainability goals.
  • Coordinate site security measures in collaboration with safety teams.
  • Align logistics planning with overall project scheduling and stakeholder needs.
Key requirements include:
  • Experience in logistics management for large construction projects.
  • Exposure to regulated environments (e.g., advanced manufacturing, infrastructure, or technical facilities).
  • Strong planning, coordination, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with logistics tools and systems for tracking and optimisation.
