Construction Manager - Frankfurt, Germany - 18 Month Contract 

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global pharmaceutical client based in the surroundings of Frankfurt. Due to a large capital investment and multiple projects on site, the client is looking for a Construction Manager  to join their team.

Responsibilities include:
  • Lead a dedicated workstream within a large-scale construction project, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with technical and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee daily site activities, contractor performance, and integration of specialist systems and equipment.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain strict compliance with industry standards and regulatory expectations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for your area, reporting progress and risks to senior stakeholders.
Key requirements include:
  • Experience in large-scale construction projects within regulated industries (e.g., life sciences, healthcare, advanced manufacturing).
  • Familiarity with cleanroom environments or sterile manufacturing is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of quality and compliance standards relevant to high-specification builds.
