Construction Handover Coordinator - Denmark, Copenhagen - 12 Month Contract

Our client, a global CDMO in pharmaceutical manufacturing, is recruiting for a Construction Handover Coordinator to join their new and exciting large-scale CAPEX investment programme. With a mission to provide process development and cGMP production in cell culture, microbial fermentation, and gene therapies, this is an outstanding opportunity make a genuine contribution to the biopharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities include:
  • Coordinate execution of obligatory Category-C punch list items(deficiencies).
  • Assist with MC walk-downs (W3) and area handover to Operational Readiness for Integrated Work Team (IWT)
  • Oversee building maintenance tasks.
  • Coordinate service, repair, and maintenance of automated doors and gates
  • Manage access (keys/access cards) to MC areas.
  • Operate and maintain fire systems, facilitating handover.
  • Assist the coordination of test performed on Firesystems and ensure smooth transition into full Occupancy Permit (understanding the Danish Building Code required)
Key requirements include:
  • Solid largescale construction background and experience.
  • Cross disciplinary coordination skills.
  • 5 years minimum experience in brown field projects.
  • Pharma experiences an advantage, but not a prerequisite.
