Business Analyst - Training Coordinator

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in Ohio (this role will be remote), this is a large-scale greenfield capital project and investing more than $1bn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create training materials and guides tailored to Oracle Unifier’s features and specific user requirements.
- Lead both in-person and virtual training sessions, providing users with a comprehensive understanding of Oracle Unifier.
- Implement a change management strategy to foster user adoption and facilitate the transition to Oracle Unifier.
- Provide ongoing post-deployment support, gathering user feedback and resolving any Oracle Unifier-related issues.
- Act as a liaison between end-users and technical teams, communicating functionality or usability concerns specific to Oracle Unifier.
- Develop train the training (3T) materials and modules
- Develop work instructions and job aids for using UA
- Develop instructions for onboarding of employees to projects. Creating a library of best practices and facilitation of information flow
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Extensive experience in business analysis, especially in deploying software such as Oracle Unifier.
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering training content for Oracle-based systems to diverse user groups.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to engage and educate non-technical users on Oracle Unifier.
- Proficiency in virtual training tools and adaptable training methods.
