Business Analyst - Pharmaceuticals - Ohio - 12 months

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in Ohio, this is a large-scale greenfield capital project and investing more than $1bn.

Responsibilities: 
  • Propose Stage: Evaluate ideas and requests for enhancements
  • Design Stage: Capture user requirements and review/validate system configuration
  • Develop Stage: Manage configuration progress
  • Test Stage: Finalize test plans/scripts/scenarios and conduct user acceptance testing
  • Deploy Stage: Develop deployment plan and support data lads, migration and cleansing
  • Support stage: Provide post go live hypercare
Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in business analysis, especially in deploying software such as Oracle Unifier.
  • Strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and regulatory compliance within Oracle-based systems.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and document processes clearly and effectively.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations is preferred.
