BMS Field Coordinator - Raleigh, US - 12 Months 

Our client, a global Pharmaceutical manufacturing organization are looking for a talented BMS Field Coordinator to join their expanding team. With continued organizational growth and considerable investment across their portfolio and capital programs this is an extremely exciting opportunity to contribute towards their brand-new manufacturing facility on the East Coast of the United States.


Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the delivery, and implementation of the BMS system.
  • Primary point of contact between vendor, integrator, project team and construction team.
  • Point of contact from a technical perspective through qualification and testing team
  • Support the qualification and testing of the system
  • Support with Go-Live activities
  • Document review and approval
  • System document generation
  • Drafting of Functional Specifications.
  • Once the project has progressed - The coding of BMS systems and performing of shake-downs/on-going operational support.
  • Ongoing dialogue with project management to ensure timely action on project issues.
  • Ongoing optimization's of standards and guidelines.
  • Routine management and monitoring of the implementation of BMS systems within a pharmaceutical environment.

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in biopharmaceutical automation engineering project.
  • Strong technical knowledge on how the system is implemented
  • Previous experience in automation integration within capital investment projects
  • Extensive knowledge across BMS systems and previous experience of BMS deployment projects.
  • Previous experience of generating and managing functional specifications during initial design phases.
  • Knowledge and experience of project execution for fully automated facility design.
  • Experience of Systems vendor package management and design coordination.
  • Knowledge and experience of Automated systems qualification.
