BIM Manager / Coordinator - Switzerland, Zürich - Permanent Contract 

QCS staffing are partnered with a leading independent company who combine engineering, design and consultancy services with software and technology to deliver complex projects across the Swiss Data Centre market.

Their team is composed of experts in diverse fields such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, construction, civil engineering, structural engineering, architecture, fire safety, control engineering, security technology and project management to name a few.

To support with these projects and their continued growth, they are currently looking to hire a BIM Manager / Coordinator in Zürich.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) specifically tailored to mission critical data centre projects
  • Oversee the entire BIM process across all disciplines during design, construction, and handover phases of data centre projects
  • Establish and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all project teams
  • Manage file structures, templates, families, automation tools, and add-ins to optimise the Revit workflow
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate BIM processes throughout the project life cycle

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in BIM Coordination or BIM Management roles, with experience working on large multidisciplinary projects. Experience with data centre projects would be beneficial.
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit is essential; strong skills in Revizto and other BIM-related platforms are highly advantageous
