Automation Project Manager - US, Ohio - 8 Month Contract

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Automation Project Manager  to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in Ohio, this is a large-scale greenfield capital project and investing more than $1bn.

What you'll do:
  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of automation projects from initiation through completion
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and external vendors
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure alignment with strategic goals
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication across stakeholders
What you'll need:
  • Proven experience in project management, ideally within automation or controls environments
  • Strong understanding of industrial automation systems, PLCs, SCADA, or related technologies
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced setting
