Administrative Assistant - US, Illinois - 12 Month Contract 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Administrative Assistant to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in Illinois, this is a large-scale greenfield capital project and investing more than $1bn.

What you'll do:
  • Communicate with staffing agencies and suppliers regarding new contract personnel.
  • Escort non-company personnel and visitors as needed.
  • Schedule and coordinate site-specific orientations.
  • Provide site information such as directions, maps, parking, and contact details.
  • Coordinate IT setup and support (e.g., submitting ServiceNow requests, laptop/software orders).
What you'll need:
  • Requires extensive administrative experience, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
  • Experience with project management software and electronic document management systems (EDMS) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
