We are looking for a Party Chief to work a 4 month contract based in Antwerpen, Belgium.What you'll do: Determine and install necessary measurement equipment.Measure and process data before, during and after project execution and carry out field checks, according to contractual agreements and specifications.Verify the accuracy of the data and analyse and interpret the data, process the data into a report for presenting and explaining results to Project Management and/or client and start and maintain a database.Analyse functioning of measuring equipment and ensure maintenance, in accordance with the maintenance instructions What you'll need: Requires extensive experience as a Party Chief in marine or construction environments.Bachelor’s degree in surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.Strong knowledge of hydrographic survey techniques and equipment.Experience with offshore navigation and positioning systems.Additional experience with subsea acoustic positioning systems and multibeam.
