Maintaining regular monitoring of these objectives between the reporting periods.  What you’ll need: The ability to work closely with people and to be genuinely interested in their myriad ideas, problems, concerns and hopes.Ability to problem solve under considerable pressure featuresShe/he needs to be a skilled organiser who can prioritise, cope with and respond to many issues simultaneously.Strong time management/ planning skills.
