I joined QCS Staffing back in 2015, coming from a Customer Service and Account Management background. I started my journey at QCS Staffingwithin the Delivery Team, working as a Delivery Executive and then I had the opportunity to move into a Delivery Team Leader role within the Renewables Team.

In August 2021, I made the decision to move over to our Operations Team and join our Talent Acquisition Team, where I am now responsible for sourcing top talent across all business areas to join QCS Staffing in our UK & US offices. 

On a personal note, I am originally from Germany, having relocated to the UK in 2011, and if I am not in the office, I am usually chasing my little boy round a football field, enjoying a trip to the pub with some friends or you can find me in the gym.

What you’ll need: Proven experience in a senior commercial or legal leadership role, such as Commercial Director, General Counsel, or Legal Director, within the international recruitment sector.A strong understanding of international contracts law and regulatory frameworks.Demonstrable track record of successfully leading commercial initiatives and managing a legal function in a high-growth environment.Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.Law Degree - an MBA or equivalent business qualification is a significant advantage.The candidate must have the rights to work in the location stated in the job advert.
