Project Administrator - UK, London - 6 Months Initial ContractThis is your opportunity to work for a global data centre operator that has been recognised for as one of fastest growing and well-known groups in the industry. Having received significant investment, this established data centre group is in their next phase of growth and require the expertise of a Project Administrator. They have established partnerships with many of the well-known technology powerhouses and tailor to their development to their client's requirements.  Responsibilities: Gather and consolidate data from site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments to support project reporting and compliance.Act as a liaison between construction, commercial, health & safety, and design teams to ensure consistent information sharing and alignment.Create and maintain SharePoint pages to host project documentation, updates, and team resources in a clear and structured format.Assist with document formatting, version control, meeting scheduling, and preparation of reports or dashboards.Identify and implement improvements to document control and collaboration practices to enhance efficiency and reduce duplication. They have established partnerships with many of the well-known technology powerhouses and tailor to their development to their client's requirements.  Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project management to develop a new ‘Delivery Handbook’ alongside the rollout of a Central Electronic Hub.Collaborate with functional leads to assess existing processes and documentation for accuracy, quality, duplication and gaps.Engage with external specialists to create centralised storage for all our delivery processes·Initiate project work required to create new processes where need is identified.Own the creation of the new GC Specification processDrive stakeholder engagement by crafting and executing communication plans that foster alignment and support.Establish and maintain project management platforms/tools to ensure transparency, consistency, and accountability.
