My role requires me to speak to and build rapport with candidates to deliver suitable profiles to our clients within the Data and IT industry across the globe. I come from a strong sales background, having previously worked in a property surveying company as part of the sales team and working in new membership sales for a premium fitness club.

They have established partnerships with many of the well-known technology powerhouses and tailor to their development to their client's requirements.  Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project management to develop a new ‘Delivery Handbook’ alongside the rollout of a Central Electronic Hub.Collaborate with functional leads to assess existing processes and documentation for accuracy, quality, duplication and gaps.Engage with external specialists to create centralised storage for all our delivery processes·Initiate project work required to create new processes where need is identified.Own the creation of the new GC Specification processDrive stakeholder engagement by crafting and executing communication plans that foster alignment and support.Establish and maintain project management platforms/tools to ensure transparency, consistency, and accountability.
