Alex McCrudden

Global Account Manager

Having joined QCS Staffing way back in 2010, I continue to enjoy my role as an IT recruitment specialist and the engagement I have with candidates, clients, and colleagues. With 15 years of experience within the Information Technology sector, I have helped expand QCS's ICT recruitment activity by opening doors with new clients and by creating and maintaining strong client partnerships. I have a key interest in the NGO sector, and I have established QCS Staffing as a primary recruitment partner for globally-recognised Charitable and Non-Profit organisations including the United Nations. I find it extremely rewarding to support this sector and the clients whose activity is so important in today’s world.

I still provide a “360” approach to my work, liaising with candidates and clients, qualifying roles and skills, setting up interviews and supporting the onboarding process for new hires. I’m all about providing a simple and effective recruitment process using a personable and relaxed approach, creating long-term client partnerships, and delivering top-rate candidate care remotely and in person … especially if the latter includes a European visit with good food and entertainment!

In addition to working at QCS Staffing, I’m a committed husband and dedicated father of two awesome boys; I enjoy my golf, DIY and renovations, and a good book or movie (when parenting allows for it!).
