Mechanical Commissioning Engineer

We have the role for you!Our client, a global specialist in commissioning mission critical projects across all stages of a Data Centre build, are currently working on an exciting project based in Austria.With over 800 global resources across the globe, and engagement with some of the most impressive, billion-dollar facility construction projects, this is a fantastic career progression opportunity with an extraordinary company.Responsibilities: Overseeing the commissioning for the data centre project in Vienna.Overseeing Managing mechanical Producing daily and weekly reportsPlanning testingProvide input into mechanical test procedures.Ensure the documentation of all mechanical test results and analyse for proper adherence to required and industry standards. Documents may include, but are not restricted to, commissioning test scripts, event logs, trend data, technical reports and issue logs.Coordinate with engineers, project contractors and equipment vendors to execute required tests.Operate BAS/BMS to develop trend analysis for equipment and overall system response. Having received significant investment, this established data centre group is in their next phase of growth and require the expertise of an Implementation Manager. They have established partnerships with many of the well-known technology powerhouses and tailor to their development to their client's requirements.  What you'll do: Lead the deployment of the updated REACH change management process across multiple sites ensuring alignment with operational workflows and compliance requirements.Collaborate with project managers, site teams, HSEQ, commercial, and design departments to ensure understanding and buy-in.Co-ordinate with the extended programme team to avoid conflicts as other initiatives roll outDevelop and deliver training sessions, user guides, and support materials to facilitate smooth onboarding and usage of Smartsheet.Apply structured change management methodologies to guide teams through the transition, manage resistance, and reinforce adoption.Establish KPIs and feedback mechanisms to track implementation progress, user engagement, and process effectiveness.Gather feedback and insights to refine the process and Smartsheet configuration post-rollout.
