What you’ll do:

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end workflow processes across the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment between engineering, construction, CQV, and operations teams
• Track, log, and drive closure of RFIs (Requests for Information) to support design clarification and field execution
• Support and coordinate PSSR (Pre-Startup Safety Review) activities, ensuring all required documentation and approvals are completed prior to system startup
• Oversee redline management processes, ensuring accurate capture, review, and incorporation into as-built documentation

What you’ll need:

• Degree preferred
• Extensive experience in pharmaceutical or biotech project environments, preferably on CAPEX or greenfield builds
• Experience working within GMP-regulated environments
• Proven ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams (Engineering, Construction, CQV, Quality)
