Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to support the delivery of their project based in North Carolina on an initial 12-month contract.

What you’ll deliver:

• Act as client-side owner for Assembly
• Provide end-to-end oversight from detailed design through IOQ completion.
• Manage and coordinate third-party execution partners.
• Challenge contractor schedules, resource plans and delivery assumptions.
• Track project scope, risks, schedule and milestone achievement.
• Coordinate alignment between Engineering, MSAT, Operations, Quality, CQV and Construction.

Experience required:

• Extensive pharmaceutical or biotech project experience
• Significant drug product manufacturing experience
• Experience overseeing large capital projects
• Client-side, owner-side or EPCM leadership experience
• Strong contractor management experience
