Technical Due Diligence Manager - Remote in the Europe

As they continue to grow, they’re hiring a Technical Due Diligence Manager to support their project.


What you’ll deliver:

• Lead multidisciplinary technical due diligence activities for infrastructure and development projects, assessing site feasibility, development constraints, and overall project viability.  
• Manage and coordinate external consultants across engineering, environmental, geotechnical, utility, surveying, and permitting disciplines to support informed investment decisions.
• Identify, evaluate, and communicate technical risks relating to cost, schedule, constructability, utilities, entitlements, and infrastructure readiness, providing practical mitigation strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to establish due diligence standards, improve evaluation processes, and ensure successful transition of viable projects into development and delivery phases.

Experience required:

• Extensive experience in technical due diligence, site development, civil engineering, infrastructure delivery, land development, or large-scale industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of geotechnical investigations, environmental assessments, permitting, zoning, utilities coordination, infrastructure development, and entitlement processes.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary consultants and interpreting engineering studies to provide clear commercial and technical recommendations.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, Architecture, or a related discipline, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
