Technical Development Manager – Paris, France - Permanent – Data Centres

Our client is a provider of vital systems, they own and manage high quality properties and large data centres throughout the globe - that are critical to the digital economy!

As providers of essential infrastructure for the digital economy, they have grown to become a large owner of powered sites all over the world. They are currently seeking a Technical Development Manager to join their team based in Paris.

What you’ll do:

• Overall responsibility for design delivery.
• Manage consultants and design contractors.
• Coordinate all technical disciplines.
• Resolve design issues and make key technical decisions.
• Ensure designs are coordinated, buildable and aligned with project requirements.

What you’ll need:

• Strong MEP knowledge.
• Strong Electrical understanding.
• Good construction knowledge.
• Data centre experience preferred.
