Tech Transfer Specialist - Dortmund, Germany - 12 Month Contract 

This innovative organisation is a global leader in the development and manufacturing of high-quality sterile injectable products, offering solutions tailored to meet the needs of both clinical and commercial markets. With a strong focus on cutting-edge technologies, they are actively driving advancements in drug substance manufacturing. Notably, their current project in Germany is centred around implementing single-use technology, which enhances efficiency and flexibility in the production process.

What you'll do:

• Lead and support technology transfer projects, including transferring processes, equipment, or production lines between facilities.
• Coordinate with MSAT, QA, QC, Engineering, and Operations to ensure smooth and compliant process transitions.
• Perform process assessments, gap analyses, and risk evaluations to prepare receiving sites for new processes.
• Support process validation, equipment qualification, and readiness activities for sterile/fill‑finish operations.

What you'll need:

• Extensive experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Direct involvement in technology transfer or MSAT activities.
• Strong background in sterile manufacturing or fill‑finish operations.
• Understanding of GMP, aseptic processing, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to interpret technical data, process parameters, and manufacturing documentation.
