Senior Project Manager – Rochester, NY – Initial 12-Month Contract – Life Sciences

The USA is a hive of activity for the Life Sciences Sector at present with global players setting up new and expanding existing manufacturing facilities all over the World. An exciting assignment has arisen to support a global pharmaceutical organisation on a major expansion project based in the picturesque Rochester, on an initial 12 month contract. 

What you’ll deliver:

• Lead all phases of the CUB project lifecycle from concept design through commissioning and operational handover.
• Oversee design development of utility systems supporting GMP manufacturing operations.
• Direct construction activities and contractor performance throughout project execution.
• Ensure utility systems are designed and delivered in accordance with GMP requirements.
• Lead procurement activities for major equipment packages and construction contracts.

Experience required:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Process, or related discipline).
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• PRINCE2 Practitioner
• Chartered Engineer (CEng)
