Reliability Engineer – Frankfurt, Germany – Initial 12-Month Contract – Data Centres

Join a rapidly expanding global data centre operator. Supported by significant investment and partnered with some of the most innovative names in tech, this company is growing and looking for an experienced Reliability Engineer near Frankfurt.

What you’ll do:

• Support commissioning activities for critical electrical systems across data centre projects.
• Review and improve preventative and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Participate in FATs, SATs, and system validation processes.
• Analyse operational and maintenance data to identify reliability improvements.
• Work closely with Operations, Construction, Design and Commissioning teams to maximise system performance and uptime.

What you’ll need:

• Proven experience working with critical electrical infrastructure within data centres, mission-critical facilities, or industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of MV/LV power systems, UPS, generators, switchgear, and protection systems.
• Experience supporting commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Ability to analyse performance data and conduct root cause investigations.
• Degree or qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
