To support our client’s continued growth, they are currently looking to hire a Regional Operations Manager in Israel.

What you’ll do:

• Lead, mentor, and manage Data Center IT Managers across the assigned region.
• Establish clear goals, KPIs, and performance expectations aligned with global IT operations strategy.
• Ensure consistent implementation of operational standards, procedures, and best practices across all regional data centers.
• Act as the senior escalation point for critical incidents and operational risks within the region.
• Oversee regional IT infrastructure operations, including servers, networking equipment, storage systems, and supporting hardware.

What you’ll need:

• Experience managing multi-site or regional data center operations.
• Extensive experience in data center IT operations, including hands-on infrastructure support.
• Strong proven people management experience, leading managers or large technical teams.
• Familiarity with high-performance computing (HPC) or GPU-based environments.
