QA/QC Construction Manager - US, North Carolina - 12 Month Contract

What you’ll do:

• Establishing and leading the site Construction Quality Management Program, ensuring compliance with approved design documents, project specifications, cGMP, and applicable codes and standards.
• Providing independent quality oversight across all buildings and systems, including process, utilities, HVAC, automation, and infrastructure.
• Overseeing and governing Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), including hold/witness points and field compliance.
• Leading field quality surveillance, with strong focus on high-risk and hidden work (undergrounds, pipe racks, prefabrication, modular installs).

What you’ll need:

• Degree preferred (Engineering Degree as a Minimum)
• Extensive construction QA/QC experience, with experience in a Quality Management / Lead QA/QC role.
• Proven pharmaceutical or regulated-industry experience, supporting cGMP construction and CQV readiness.
• Strong construction and commissioning quality experience, including turnover and system handover to validation.
• Demonstrated experience managing large inspection teams on major capital projects.
