Project Engineer – CSA – US, Texas – Contract – Data Centres

As one of largest and most established general contractors in the Pacific Northwest, they are seeking a Project Engineer to support their large scale project based in Texas, US. 

What you’ll deliver:

• Coordinate and oversee CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) construction activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate CSA subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders while resolving technical issues, RFIs, field changes, and construction challenges.
• Monitor project schedules, identify risks and delays, track procurement and material deliveries, and support recovery plans to maintain project milestones.
• Support inspections, quality assurance, commissioning, punch list closure, turnover activities, and project closeout documentation.

Experience required:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience delivering large-scale construction projects within semiconductor, data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, or advanced technology sectors.
• Strong knowledge of CSA construction methods, including concrete, structural steel, building envelope, infrastructure works, and subcontractor management.
• Proven experience managing RFIs, submittals, schedules, quality processes, procurement tracking, turnover documentation, and stakeholder coordination within a fast-paced construction environment.
