What you’ll do:
- Lead the physical execution of Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) for all package-specific equipment, ensuring vendors meet rigorous performance and throughput benchmarks.
- Execute the integration of manufacturing technology advances and digital transformation tools (e.g., Kneat, MES) into the physical equipment workflows.
- Champion a "no one gets hurt" safety culture, ensuring EHS and security standards are physically integrated into all business and manufacturing systems.
- Design and execute technical studies and comparability protocols required to validate the functioning of new manufacturing processes.
What you’ll need:
- Degree preferred – Process Engineering or similar
- Extensive relevant experience
- Experience from design through construction and C&Q
- Fill/Finish major project experience
