Project Development Project Manager - Remote in Europe

As they continue to grow, they’re hiring a Project Development Project Manager to support their project.


What you’ll deliver:

• Lead the development of large-scale infrastructure projects from acquisition through to construction readiness, ensuring projects are fully defined, planned, and de-risked before handover to delivery teams.  
• Manage integrated development schedules, budgets, milestones, and risk registers, providing clear governance and recommendations at key project stage gates.
• Coordinate permitting, entitlement, utility planning, infrastructure requirements, and stakeholder engagement to support successful project progression.  
• Collaborate with engineering, legal, finance, construction, consultants, and external partners to align project objectives and prevent scope, cost, or schedule deviations.

Experience required:

• Minimum 8 years' experience in infrastructure, industrial, mission-critical, data centre, or large-scale development projects.  
• Proven experience managing development activities including permitting, utility coordination, consultant management, entitlement processes, and pre-construction planning.  
• Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, risk management, governance, and infrastructure development practices.  
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, or a related discipline, with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
