Portfolio Manager - Ireland, Cork - 12 Month Contract

Our client is currently seeking Portfolio Manager

Responsibilities include:

• Role would involve contacting SME's for updates across the different projects and departments, collating information from them.
• Using gathered data and inputting this into PlanView and assessing the data, identifying risks, gaps etc and presenting this to senior leadership team.
• Take time to understand technical aspects of projects and needs to be able to challenge SME’s on time lines etc.
• Need to be able to analyse how they are set for demand, capacity, resourcing availability.
• Projects are grouped by products so need to have this organised (reporting on project health for certain products).
• Need to be able to transfer this to PlanView so VP and senior leadership could have visibility.

Requirements:

• Capex / Opex project management experience.
• Strong MS Project and Excel knowledge and experience.
• PlanView experience highly beneficial.
• Ability to manage data output, do analysis.
• Need to be able to interpret data and identify Gaps and risks and provide reports / present to senior leadership.
• No Scientific background or biologics experience needed but require strong portfolio/project management experience.
• Track record of managing a portfolio of projects and driving project delivery.
