- Own package design comments, discrepancies and requests for information (RFIs) through closure; coordinate engineering approval and communicate agreed changes to the field.
- Coordinate power and instrumentation interfaces with mechanical equipment, process systems, automation, vendor packages and CSA teams; resolve clashes and package boundary gaps with the relevant disciplines.
What you’ll need:
- Extensive, relevant electrical and instrumentation experience on complex industrial or major capital projects, with substantial hands-on field experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of electrical distribution, UPS systems, instrumentation installation, loop testing and equipment integration.
- Confident interpreting electrical and instrumentation drawings, specifications and vendor documentation; sound understanding of electrical safety, LOTO and applicable codes.
