Mechanical Supervisor – Norway – Permanent - Data Centres

Our client is a specialist data centre design and build contractor operating widely across Europe they deliver some of Europe's most advanced hyperscale and enterprise data centre projects.

As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor join their team on a project based in Norway.

What you’ll deliver:

• Supervise all mechanical installation activities on site.
• Coordinate daily activities of mechanical subcontractors and labour teams.
• Ensure all works are completed in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor progress against project schedules and report updates to project management.
• Conduct toolbox talks, site inspections, and safety briefings.

What you’ll need:

• Extensive experience in a Mechanical Supervisor position.
• Previous data centre, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, mission-critical, or large industrial project experience.
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
