Warehouse JIT & Outbound Logistics Process Associate - US, Ohio - 12 Month Contract

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Logistics Process Associate to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do:
  • Design, build, and optimize material kitting workflows to ensure accurate, efficient transfer of materials from the central warehouse to manufacturing nodes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align kitting and transfer processes with manufacturing schedules and requirements while accounting for storage space within the manufacturing nodes JIT warehouses.
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for kitting and transfer activities.
  • Support Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) activities for new or modified warehouse processes, equipment, and systems.
What you’ll need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Experience in GMP-regulated environments, warehouse kitting, material transfer, and outbound logistics.
  • Familiarity with CQV processes and documentation.
  • Proficiency in SAP/EWM and familiarity with MES systems.
  • Extensive experience in supervising or designing logistics operations, specifically the flow of materials through multiple process steps.
