We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Texas, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for an Interface Manager to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do:

• Implement and maintain robust governance structures across the project lifecycle.
• Act as the primary interface between internal departments, external partners, and local officials.
• Connect dots across diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.
• Drive day-to-day project operations, ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated.

What you’ll need:

• Extensive experience in project management, chief of staff roles, or interface management within pharma, biotech, or complex manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to wear multiple hats and operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced settings.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks and stakeholder management.
• Experience engaging with public affairs, local officials, and community groups.
