HSE Officer

HSE Officer – Norway – Initial 12 Month-Contract – Data Centres

Our client is a specialist data centre design and build contractor operating widely across Europe they deliver some of Europe's most advanced hyperscale and enterprise data centre projects.

As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced HSE Officer support their project based in Norway.

What you’ll deliver:

• Promote a positive safety culture across the project.
• Ensure compliance with client policies, client requirements, and local legislation.
• Conduct daily site inspections and safety observations.
• Monitor subcontractor compliance and intervene where unsafe practices are identified.

What you’ll do:

• Extensive experience in a Health & Safety role within construction, MEP, data centres, pharmaceuticals, semiconductor, or mission-critical environments.
• Strong understanding of construction health and safety legislation.
• Experience conducting site inspections and audits.
• Knowledge of permit-to-work systems and high-risk activities.
