HSE Lead

HSE Lead – Norway – Initial 12 Month-Contract – Data Centres

Our client is a specialist data centre design and build contractor operating widely across Europe they deliver some of Europe's most advanced hyperscale and enterprise data centre projects.

As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced HSE Lead support their project based in Norway.

What you’ll deliver:

• Lead and promote a positive safety culture across the project.
• Act as the primary HSE point of contact for site operations.
• Drive behavioural safety initiatives and continuous improvement programmes.
• Mentor and support HSE Officers and site supervision teams.

What you’ll do:

• Extensive experience in an HSE leadership role within construction, MEP, data centres, pharmaceuticals, semiconductor, or mission-critical environments.
• Strong knowledge of construction health and safety regulations.
• Experience managing HSE performance across multiple subcontractors.
• Proven ability to lead site safety initiatives on large-scale projects.
