Field Superintendent CSA – US, Texas – Initial 12-Month Contract – Data Centres

As one of largest and most established general contractors in the Pacific Northwest, they are seeking a Field Superintendent CSA to support their large-scale project based in Texas, US. 

What you’ll deliver:

• Manage and coordinate civil, structural, architectural, and MEP construction activities.
• Lead subcontractors and site teams to deliver works safely, on schedule, and to specification.
• Monitor productivity, resolve site issues, and maintain project momentum.
• Conduct daily coordination meetings, site inspections, and safety briefings.
• Support QA/QC processes, commissioning activities, and project handover milestones.
• Provide regular progress updates and collaborate with project stakeholders, consultants, and clients.

Experience required:

• Extensive experience in construction site supervision.
• Experience on mission-critical, data centre, or large-scale industrial projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, trade sequencing, and MEP coordination.
• OSHA 30 certification or equivalent health & safety qualification.
• Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
